All products sold by Roan Supply are made-to-order and may involve custom specifications.
PRODUCTION & PROCESSING
Each order requires a production and processing period before shipment. Once production is complete, products undergo a final quality inspection and preparation prior to being shipped to the customer.
Because our products are made-to-order, processing times may vary depending on the product, customization level, and order volume. Any estimated timelines provided are for reference only and are not guaranteed.
SHIPPING TO THE CUSTOMER
After an order has completed processing and quality inspection, it will be shipped to the customer using a selected carrier. Shipping times vary based on location and shipping method are in addition to production time.
FREE SHIPPING
Free shipping is included in the product price for eligible orders within the contiguous United States, unless otherwise stated.
Additional shipping charges may apply for:
- International orders
- Oversized or freight shipments
- Remote or hard-to-service locations
Any applicable shipping costs will be communicated at checkout or prior to shipment.
ORDER TRACKING
Tracking information will be provided once the order has been dispatched to the customer.
DELAYS
Roan Supply is not responsible for delays caused by production timelines, carrier delays, weather conditions, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
ADDRESS ACCURACY
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Roan Supply is not responsible for orders shipped to the incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
