RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, all custom upholstery and interior components are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund once an order has been placed.
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect fitment due to customer error
- items that have been installed, test-fitted, or used
However, we stand behind the quality of our work.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us at orders@roansupply.com within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to replace, or correct the issue as quickly as possible.
Any issues reported after 7 days from delivery may not be eligible for resolution.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
